A Garza 1 Panel Sliding Doors

MDF designed and fabricated the sliding doors for a new apartment in the Chelsea section of Manhattan. The doors act as a movable partition between the living room and office. The doors are constructed from satin finished aluminum and opaque glass. The doors were interlocked to work in conjunction with each other and have no floor track. This is accomplished by using tracks in the bottom of the doors instead, creating a floating effect.
