Kitchen island lights meant to illuminate the counter surface were designed with that intention. The lamp construction consists of an aluminum chassis suspended from ceiling with electric cables attached to aluminum plates on ceiling that cover the electric junction box. The shade itself is made from a 3form plastic product called Drift Brown 1/8" thick. 3 bulbs fixtures were place in the lamp .
